Rands and Cents

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Rand and Sense budget planners.

What format are the planners in?

All planners are delivered as PDF files. You can use them digitally on iPad (GoodNotes, Notability), tablet, computer (OneNote), or print them at home.

Can I use these on my phone?

Yes! The PDFs work on any device. They're optimised for tablets and printing, but you can view and fill them in on your phone too.

Are prices in South African Rands?

Yes — all prices are in ZAR (South African Rands). No hidden fees, no dollar conversions, no surprises.

How do I get my planner after purchase?

After payment, you'll receive a download link via email instantly. No waiting, no shipping. You can download it as many times as you need.

Can I print the planners?

Absolutely. All planners are designed to look great on screen and on paper. Print at home on A4 paper for the best results.

What apps work with these planners?

GoodNotes, Notability, OneNote, Xodo, PDF Expert, and any other app that supports PDF annotation. They also work great printed out.

Do you offer refunds?

Because these are digital products, we can't offer refunds once downloaded. But if you're unsure, try our free 7-day planner first to see if it's right for you.

Can I share my planner with someone else?

Planners are licensed for personal use only. Please don't share or redistribute them. If someone you know wants one, send them our way!

How is payment processed?

We use Paystack, a trusted South African payment provider. You can pay with card, EFT, or bank transfer. All transactions are secure.
